Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding shipping information, when available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Delivery Times

ELYSIAN NOIRE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or the customer’s failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
International Shipping
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges that may apply in the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer when required by the corresponding authorities.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@elysiannoire.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, ELYSIAN NOIRE will cover the corresponding return or replacement shipping costs.
